Stephanie is a graduate of the Migration Institute of Australia's (MIA) studies in Migration Law, and is registered in Australia as a migration agent (Migration Agent Registration Number 0638062). Her registration details can be found at the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) website.

Stephanie was born in Australia, and speaks fluent English and Spanish. She has lived and worked in Singapore, Japan, and Venezuela, and travelled extensively in Latin America, Asia, Europe and Africa. She has studied at an introductory level a number of languages including Japanese, Indonesian, Malay, French, Mandarin, and Korean. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Queensland, Australia. Other studies include a graduate Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages awarded by the University of New England, Australia, and ongoing studies in migration law as part of the Professional Development programme for registered migration agents.

José is Condor Migration's Business Manager. He was born in Peru, and is now naturalised Australian and married to Stephanie. José studied Microelectronics Engineering at Griffith University, Australia, and also currently works as a Systems Engineer. He speaks fluent Spanish as well as English.

Stephanie and José are currently based in Canberra, Australia's Capital City, and have also lived and/or travelled in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, Northern Territory, South Australia and Western Australia.
