All non-citizens who wish to enter or remain in Australia are required to hold a visa.
For those wishing to obtain residence to stay in Australia, entry is governed by the Australian Migration Program, which is divided into four streams - skilled, family, special eligibility and humanitarian. The population of Australia is relatively small (approx. 20.7 million), and current Government policy favours attracting migrants to address the current skill shortage, especially those who have training and experience in one of the occupations in demand.
The size of the migration program (ie the number of visas to be granted) is set each year, with current levels around 140, 000 per annum. The majority of these places are in the skilled stream (over 90, 000) and in the family stream (40, 000). That is equivalent to a new migrant being accepted into Australia every 4 minutes!
There are currently more than 140 sub-classes of visas to enter or remain in Australia. We at Condor Migration will assess your individual circumstances, and recommend the most appropriate visa to apply for in order to maximise your chance of success in being granted a visa.
We specialise in the areas of General Skilled Migration, Family Migration, and Student visas. Our rates are very competitive and depend on the complexity of your case. The fees we charge are within the range published on the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) website.
